• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description and photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please contact us to investigate. If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
